Here’s a Walkthrough to make your journey the quickest and easiest way.

1. Visit our calendar and chose your date and time

2. You will receive an e-mail or text confirming your reservation, within that you will find a link to your Customer Portal.

3. Fill Out your Waiver before coming to expedite the launching process. Share the link to others in your group so they can sign the waiver before arriving.

4. The Customer Portal will confirm that you completed the waivers.

5. Please arrive 15 minutes before reservations.

6. Meet us at 16 Hamburg St Buffalo, NY 14204, right across from Mutual Riverfront Park

7. There we will fit you with a Lifevest and paddle, and assist you into the water.

8. After your time is up, return to the same location. A dockworker will assist you.
